The interactions between DNA and proteins play a key role in the underlying mechanism of several processes for the survival and maintenance of living beings. Various biological processes are the complex outcomes of DNA-Protein interactions. The area of my research is the study of the DNA-protein interaction which causes pathogenicity in the hosts, from different pathogenic organisms.
