My research area includes the computational study of Cytochrome p450 enzymes. Cytochrome p450 enzymes are responsible for the metabolism of many anticancer drugs by forming active or inactive metabolites. Therefore understanding of the metabolic pathways involved will allow us to predict the efficiency and further design of safer drugs with fewer side effects.
